Let there be awareness of habits and distraction tendencies as one lives life. No effort required, simple awareness is enough.

Top distractions :
- Television
- Social media and anything which has seemingly infinite scrollable content
- Food, processed food especially, sugar addiction
- Pornography and similar sexual distractions
- Gossip and small-talk on societal issues, second-hand information picked up from media and others and tradition


Also, it appears that replacing one habit with another without awareness simply leads to more complex habit patterns. Awareness is the key to dissolve habits and create space.
